Palebeck Telecomms went up in the world recently by providing a highly sophisticated integrated communication solution in the dizzy heights of Tower 42 - formerley known as the Nat West Tower.

The installation for Reliance Europe, who are part of one of the largest private sector companies in India, included the provision of the latest addition to the Panasonic telephone system range.

The Panasonic ICX telephone system is connected to the primary rate Euro ISDN and comes complete with category 5 structured cabling. Integrated voicemail and S Bus for PC internetworking and video conferencing facilities.

"It is a truly integrated challenge but all went to plan and the client is extremely pleased with the outcome. The nice thing was that we beat BT with our tender," said sales project manager, Karin McNeill.

Palebeck has been in the communications business since 1983 and became a Panasonic Premier Dealer in 1989. One of the main areas in which Palebeck prides itself is in its investment in their customers. Palebeck considers customer training an exteremely high priority when installing a new system. It also ensures continued customer contact by securing maintenenance contracts with the large majority of its clients.
